FAVORITE WAY TO SWEAT
Tracy Anderson Method online streaming

WHAT DOES YOUR SWEAT ROUTINE LOOK LIKE?
I workout every morning in my home with the Tracy Anderson Method online streaming subscription.  These workouts are approximately an hour long and involve light hand and ankle weights and a lot of repetitions and dance-type movements.  I use a space heater to heat my room to 90 degrees and a warm mist humidifier to add 75% humidity.  After an hour of my TAM session, I always work up a great sweat! 

WHAT IS SOMETHING MOST PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU?
Most people don’t know I have been playing the piano since I was four years old! It is so therapeutic to sit down and play after a long or emotionally charged day. 

WHO INSPIRES YOU?
I can’t name one person in particular, but overall strong, independent women inspire me the most!

WHAT'S YOUR MORNING DRINK OF CHOICE?
Typically I drink organic black coffee with a splash of half and half, but I sometimes alternate between that and an almond milk latte with a sprinkle of cinnamon and turmeric. 

WHAT'S YOUR EVENING DRINK OF CHOICE? 
Some nights I prefer a cup of lavender and chamomile tea sweetened with a bit of cinnamon honey, but on the weekends I prefer a glass of red wine ;)

FAVORITE THING TO COOK?
Lately I’ve really enjoyed making my own sourdough pizza with my sourdough starter! I’ve also been making a lot of homemade sourdough bread...basically anything made with sourdough! 

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE STAY AT HOME HOBBY/ACTIVITY?
I am legit addicted to jigsaw puzzles and sudoku! 

IF YOU COULD TRAVEL ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD RIGHT NOW WHERE WOULD IT BE AND WHY?
I’ve been obsessing over traveling to the Maldives.  It looks like such a beautiful, serene place and the water looks like perfection!

FAVORITE BEAUTY PRODUCT?
Definitely my Tata Harper Nourishing Oil Cleanser.  It feels so magical and it cleanses without drying out my skin. Bonus: it is made from 100% natural, botanical ingredients, and it also smells divine!

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE INDULGENCE?
I am hooked on Tony’s Chocolonely chocolate bars.  The company sells 100% slave-free chocolate in a variety of cocoas.  My favorite is the 32% Milk Chocolate Carmel Sea Salt...so decadent!

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY BINGE WATCHING? 
Currently I am alternating between binging WestWorld and Succession.  

WHAT WAS THE LAST BOOK YOU READ?
The last book I read was Erin Morgenstern’s The Starless Sea.  I am currently reading her first book called The Night Circus.  Both are filled with magic, fantasy, and mystery, which ironically are not my favorite genres! But they are both fantastic novels.  I am obsessed with reading almost as much as I am with putting together puzzles and solving sudokus.  You can follow me on Goodreads.com for a list of all my favorites!
