One of our household favorite breakfast foods is Breakfast Cookies. Now these take on a different recipe a lot of the time but they are all related and my kids happily gobble them up. Since being homebound I tend to have a little more time to devote to breakfast these days, so I have been trying to get creative. These breakfast thumbprint cookies were a huge success and I will definitely be making them again. They were super easy, and packed with some superfoods and plant-based protein items like Flax seeds and Chia seeds. These guys are super easy to add to most breakfast items. Here is the recipe. Please let me know if you try them! Tag @sweatgoddessoffocial on Instagram so I can share!
